Brad possesses a strong academic background, earning a chemical engineering degree from Penn State University and capping it with an MBA from Drexel University. After earning his MBA, Brad embarked on a series of successful positions with firms such as Smith Kline, Quaker Chemical, Purolite, and Republic Environmental before the Bundy family tapped him to help manage DuraShield U.S.A.

The numerous business disciplines that form the arc of Brad's career have given him valuable experiences that contribute to being an effective manager. Brad describes his strengths as the ability to manage people and systems to generate a quality product for DuraShield's customers. He cites creative problem solving as another attribute that has proven to be very beneficial. He said he derives great satisfaction from helping DuraShield grow by providing customers with an innovative product and superior service.

When he considers the future of the baking industry, Brad suspects that consolidation will likely continue as greater efficiencies are sought, and he believes that growth will continue albeit slowly. As for DuraShield, Brad said he looks forward to continued and substantial growth worldwide as the baking industry becomes acquainted with the benefits of fluoropolymer coatings. "The recently discovered ability to strip and recoat pans with this type of coating will undoubtedly increase its utilization by the industry."

Away from the office, Brad's life centers on spending time with his family and doing projects around the house. He enjoys working out at the gym, playing softball and golf. In winter, Brad occasionally likes to take to the slopes. Brad is also serves as a board member for his neighborhood's homeowner's association and is active in his church.
